I served in "B" Battery, 2/9th Arty from June 1966-June 1967. I was assigned to the Bn Ammo Section and Capt Osborne (Battery Commander) asked me if I would go to Alpha Company, 1-14th Inf as a Arty Recon Sgt. I did and served as the Arty Recon Sgt from Aug 66 to Jan 67. I worked for Lt Dennis Munden, the Forward Observer.
