KNOWN SINCE CHILDHOOD

Reporter/Author Jerry Crimmins knew Ed since childhood, teen years and when he joined the US Army out of a patriotic need to serve his country. Ed was selected for and completed OCS at Ft Sill, OK.

Jerry has authored a book entitled "When We Were 19", a coming-of-age genre that covers most of Ed's life before Vietnam.

I Remember

Ed gave me my in-Country orientation in August of 1968 when I joined the 4th Inf.Division at Pleiku as a Forward Observer with B Battery 2/9 Artillery. Thanks Ed foryour effort and concern.
