Jesse White passed away on July 4, 2017.  Jesse was part of the 2/9th in 1969 until the Unit left Vietnam. Jesse was reassigned to the 4/42nd Artillery.  

Jesse went on to become an a RTO and even served as an FO.   When the unit learned that he was only an E3,  he got a field promotion to Sgt E5 by the 4/42nd commander.

Jesse lived in Carthage Tenn.
