Burial: Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky
Roger Lee Hackworth, age 72, of Delaware, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Pataskala Oaks Care Center, Pataskala, Ohio. Roger was born July 14, 1948 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Dewey and Mae Dotson Hackworth.
He is survived by two daughters, Kimberli (Brian) Mollenkopf of Lancaster, Ohio and Leeanne (John) Barger of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky; two sons, Ryan (Angie) Hackworth of North Richland Hills, Texas and Tommy (Krista Arms) Hackworth of Lexington, Kentucky; one brother, Ronnie Hackworth of Georgetown, Kentucky; four sisters, Betty Caudill of Plymouth, Ohio, Laura Salyers, Christine (Chester) Caudill of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, and Gwen (Danny) Webb of Knoxville, Tennessee; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 29, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Thursday, January 28, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 29, 2021.
