Sgt Wardell Guyton

Wardell Guyton was an original member of the Operation Blue Light deployment from Schofield Barracks, Hawaii and was trained in the "shotgun" detachments.

He joined the Reserves after Vietnam and served in Iraq.   He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel and is buried in Arlington Cemetery.  Wardell died of leukemia in 2009.
